The Bentley Mall's Halloween Costume Contest

ENTER TO WIN Trick or Treats with up to $300 Bentley Bucks this Halloween! Send us a photo of your costume to be featured in our Halloween Costume Contest Facebook Album. Every week in October we will select to 3 Weekly Winners to receive special Trick or Treat Bags. At the end of the month, the Costume with the most Facebook Likes will win our Grand Prize of $300 Bentley Bucks! Good luck.

TO ENTER: Use Facebook Messenger to send your photo to the Bentley Mall Facebook Page. Be sure to include a description of the costume and when the photo was taken. Once approved, your photo will appear in our Costume Contest Facebook Album.

TWO WAYS TO WIN:

 

1) The photo with the most LIKES in our Costume Facebook Album by November 2nd, 2021 will receive our GRAND PRIZE: a special treat bag with a $500 value in ‘Bentley Bucks’ to spend on in-store purchases at any store at the Bentley Mall

 

2) We will select Weekly Winners all through October to receive fun Halloween Treat Gift Bags for their costumes based on creativity and enthusiasm.

 

HINTS:

  • The earlier a photo goes up the more time it has to earn “Likes”, so you may want to post early

  • Eligibility is subject to approval at the discretion of the judges. Remember, this is a family-friendly event, so please, nothing too scary, lewd, or inappropriate

  • Eligibility:

    •  This Campaign is open to all US residents located in Alaska (AK)

    • Image submissions must be original photography submitted by, or on behalf of the subjects of the photographs (e.g. the ones in the costume)

  • Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully & unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Bentley Mall as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

  • By submitting a photograph to this contest, you consent to having the photo used by Bentley Mall on promotions including but not exclusively, social media and marketing.

  • Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting Monday, October 4th and ending November 1st, 2021 All online entries must be received by12 AM in AKDT November 1st, 2020

 

  • How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by sending a photo and a description to the Bentley Mall Facebook Page . The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as Specified above, to be entered in the Facebook album and be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Bentley Mall. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of The Bentley Mall

 

  • Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner of the Campaign will receive a gift bag that includes Halloween treats and Bentley Bucks” with a value of $300 to spend at the Bentley Mall. Weekly Winners will receive gift bags with candy and other items from The Bentley Mall, with an approximate value up to $25. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by The Bentley Mall. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

 

  • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Submitting a photo earlier in the contest also increases a chance of Winning

 

  •  Winner Selection and Notification: Weekly Winners will be selected by a panel of judges at The Bentley Mall. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by the most Facebook Likes their photo receives on the “Bentley Costume Contest” Facebook Album. “Likes” must be on the “Bentley Costume Contest” Facebook Album in order to be counted. “Likes” on the same photo on personal timelines will not be counted as votes. Winner will be notified by Facebook Message within 24 hours of selection of the Winner under the supervision of The Bentley Mall. The Bentley Mall shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
