TO ENTER: Use Facebook Messenger to send a photo of your receipts to the Bentley Mall Facebook Page, or a photo of yourself donating a new or gently used coat to our coat drive.

* Qualifying purchases can be made from any Bentley Mall retailer excluding mall anchors [Safeway, Michael's, Office Max] and retailers in regulated industries [Oaken Keg, Alaska Ammo, Wells Fargo]
* Receipts must be dated between Dec 1st and December 31st, 2020, for pickup or in-store shopping at the Bentley Mall locations of our retailers in order to qualify
* All receipts and purchases are completely confidential, and will not be shared with anyone except to verify the entry's validity with the store.
* Coat donation photos may be used by The Bentley Mall, by sharing participants are consenting to letting us use this.
* Limited to one entry per participant

This Campaign is open to all US residents located in Alaska (AK) within driving distance of the Bentley Mall, located at 32 College Rd, Fairbanks Alaska

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully & unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Bentley Mall as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting Monday, December 1st on and ending December 31st, 2020 All online entries must be received by 12:00 AM in AKDT January 1st, 2021

How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by sending a photo to the Bentley Mall Facebook Page . The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as Specified above, to be entered in the Facebook album and be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Bentley Mall. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of The Bentley Mall

Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner of the Campaign will receive Bentley Bucks with a value of $300 to spend at the Bentley Mall. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by The Bentley Mall. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be randomly selected on January 4th 2021. Winner will be notified by Facebook Message within 24 hours of selection of the Winner under the supervision of The Bentley Mall. The Bentley Mall shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
