Recognizing Moms & Mother Figures in Our Community

Message us a photo and/or a brief description of a mother, or mother figure in your life, who deserves pampering & recognition this year. The entry in our photo album with the most likes by Wednesday, May 5th will win $150 to spend on her – just in time for Mother’s Day!

HOW TO ENTER: Use Facebook Messenger to send your photo and/or description (50 words or less) to the Bentley Mall Facebook Page. Once approved, your photo will appear in our Mother's Day Giveaway Facebook Album.

HOW TO WIN: The photo with the most LIKES in our Mother's Day Facebook Album by the morning of May 5th, 2020, will receive our GRAND PRIZE: a beautiful flower arrangement from the Safeway floral department and $150 in ‘Bentley Bucks’ to spend on in-store purchases at any store at the Bentley Mall

HINTS:

  • The earlier a photo goes up the more time it has to earn “Likes”, so you may want to submit as soon as possible

  • Eligibility is subject to approval at the discretion of the judges

  • Entries MUST have the consent of the subject to post

  • The winner must be able to collect the prize by in person by Friday, May 7th in order to win. The winner may elect to send the Mother or Mother Figure to collect the prize instead.

  • Eligibility:

    •  This Campaign is open to all US residents located in Alaska (AK)

    • Image submissions must be original photography, with permission of the photo's subject

  • Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully & unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Bentley Mall as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

  • Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting Thursday, April 8th on and ending May 4th, 2021. Voting will start April 8th and end on May 5th. All online entries must be received by 12 PM in AKT May 4th, 2021

  • How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by sending a photo and a description to the Bentley Mall Facebook Page . The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as Specified above, to be entered in the Facebook album and be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Bentley Mall. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of The Bentley Mall

 

  • Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner of the Campaign will receive a bouquet and "Bentley Bucks” with a value of $150 to spend at the Bentley Mall. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by The Bentley Mall. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.

 

  • Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Submitting a photo earlier in the contest also increases a chance of Winning

 

  •  Winner Selection and Notification: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by the most Facebook Likes their photo receives on the “Bentley Costume Contest” Facebook Album. “Likes” must be on the “Mother's Day Giveaway” Facebook Album in order to be counted. “Likes” on the same photo on personal timelines will not be counted as votes. Winner will be notified by Facebook Message within 24 hours of selection of the Winner under the supervision of The Bentley Mall. Winner must be able to collect their prize in person at the Bentley Mall, 32 College Road, Fairbanks AK, by Friday May 7th

  • The Bentley Mall shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
